Seats: 99 ~ 240
Please note: The Theater is zoned for a maximum occupancy of 240 people. However, it is unlikely that you will be able to fit that many seats in the Theater. If you plan to do so, you will need to build risers and work in a 3/4 stage setup. It is also advisable that you use a raised stage for your performance should you choose to do so.

The Joyce and Seward Johnson Theater is equipped with a Portable Dance Floor. When inquiring about this space, please indicate whether or not installation of this floor is required.

We guarantee 25 lighting instruments to renting groups.
